Growing together.
Whoever you are, wherever you're from, you are welcome here.
The vision for Citizens Youth is that we exist to lead students to Jesus and help them grow into bold, fully committed disciples. Our mission is that we exist to equip students to reflect Christ by loving God, loving others, and seeking the good of the city.

our heart
"Give ear to my teaching; incline your ears to the words of my mouth! I will open my mouth in a parable; I will utter dark sayings of old, things that we have heard and known, that our fathers have told us. We will not hide them from their children, but tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and His might, and the wonders He has done. He established a testimony in Jacob and appointed a law in Israel, which He commanded our fathers to teach to their children, that the next generation might know them, the children yet unborn, and arise and tell them to your children, so that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but keep His commandments; and that they should not be like their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation whose heart was not steadfast, whose spirit was not faithful to God."

Wednesday Night
WORSHIP
Citizens Youth has a weekly worship gathering every Wednesday where we spend time worshipping Jesus together and sitting under the teaching of His Word. Our hope for these nights together is for growth in understanding of who Jesus is and who He has called us to be. Please join us!
Weekly from 6:00p - 8:00p

SMALL GROUPS
These are designed to help go deeper into the Word while cultivate community with one another past the large worship gathering. We close out Wednesday nights in these small groups that are organized by grade and gender.

Leadership labs
Get Connected. Serve the Church.
Leadership Labs are a way of teaching our students how to serve and lead within the local church. In passages like 1 Corinthians 12, we are challenged to see students as not just a byproduct of the body but as a functioning member of the body themselves. We seek to give students the opportunity to explore their gifts and talents to lead within Citizens Youth, from middle school through high school. Each lab is a place where students can serve by increasing the quality and effectiveness of aspects of Citizens Youth and we ask that eligible students be committed to serve within the same lab for a whole year. The labs are led by youth volunteers who will meet monthly with the students to guide them in their service as a means of discipleship.

Equipping parents
Citizens Youth exists to complement and support parents in their primary ministry, which is their family, rather than the other way around. Parents have more influence on their children than any other outside influence, including us. Because of that, we desire to partner with you as you disciple your children.
We believe that being at church is a pivotal part of a student’s spiritual development. Church gives students a place to learn about God, receive tools to grow closer to God, and experience authentic community with other students and adults who care about them. In spite of that, we know that what happens at home is more important than what happens
at church.
